Ultrawinds Mountain Resort

The Ultra Winds Mountain Resort is a new adventure resort located at Barangay Pualas, Baungon, Bukidnon. The resort, sitting at the topmost of Pualas, has a panoramic vista of Cagayan de Oro and offers a unique combination of nature, leisure, and adventure, that will surely rekindle one’s love for Mother Nature.

Complete with a restaurant, a lounge area, cottages, an orchard, tree parks and recreational facilities, WINDS is perfect for families and friends wanting to have a good time. Fun things to do in the mountain resort include ziplining, safari tent camping, horseback riding, and mountain trekking. WINDS has a dual-cable zipline that runs for a total of 800 meters and gives its riders a vertiginously high view of the ground. The zipline was built as two-tiered to give its riders extra safety.

While we were there, the only thing we got to do was dine as my family's 5pm dinner plans became 7pm dinner plans because of my #CGYFit session earlier that day. Still, their posters don't lie, they offer a breath-taking view of the city (something that pictures can't even do justice) and delectable food. I especially loved their Baby Back Ribs. The ambiance is very romantic, with the breeze tenderly caressing your face. You can't help but feel very warm inside.

What’s more, this mountain resort is easily accessible. It is located at the boundary between Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon. It is a mere 20 minutes from CDO’s city center and only two (2) kilometers or five minutes from the recently completed Cagayan de Oro Convention Center. It's so close, it feels like you never left the city!
